VTT Concours de Machines 2018

The objective for the assembly and design of this bike was to have a versatile MTB: both fast uphill but also fun in descents with a slack head angle, a fork travel of 130mm and tubeless tires of 2.6 « mounted on 35mm rims.

Even loaded for the bikepacking event of the »Concours de Machines », the balance of the bike is bluffing.

Frame: Reynolds 853 for the front triangle, Dedacciai for the seatstays and chainstays

Construction: Fillet brazing throughout except for the stainless steel dropouts which are TIG welded

Fork: RockShox Revelation RC Boost 27.5″ 130mm travel

Wheels: Hope 35w

Tires: Schwalbe Nobby Nic 27.5×2.6

Brakes: Shimano XT M800 rotors of 180mm front and 160mm rear

Seatpost: RockShox Reverb Stealth 125mm

Saddle: Selle Italia

Mechs: Shimano XT M8000 chainring 30T cassette 11-46t
